The Pennsylvania online lottery offered players a chance to win $1 million during a live broadcast of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Eve television show, wherein the said Pennsylvania online lottery was in the fifth year of participating in the special celebration.
According to a report published in MyChesCo, the Pennsylvania online lottery includes a second-chance drawing, where players could enter winning or non-winning tickets from eligible games; however, tickets bought in online stores would not be accepted and eligible for the second-chance drawing of Pennsylvania online lottery.
Under the Pennsylvania online lottery, there would be thirty-five semifinalists from the second-chance drawing would receive $2,024 each and would fight for the final round to win the $1 million prize of the Pennsylvania online lottery, in which the semifinalists would be selected randomly to get their chance to be a millionaire.
