A Vincennes man, identified as John McKee, aged 51, has been apprehended by Indiana State Police for allegedly driving a toy car while under the influence of substances

According to the State Police’s official news release, a trooper conducting patrols in the area observed John McKee operating a Power Wheels Jeep on the roadway in Vincennes, Indiana. The miniature vehicle, lacking proper lights and reflectors, posed visibility issues, thus raising concerns about public safety.

Upon pulling over John McKee, the trooper conducted field sobriety tests, prompted by noticeable signs of impairment displayed by the individual. Subsequently, John McKee’s performance on these tests was deemed unsatisfactory, leading to his transportation to a medical facility for further evaluation.

As a result, John McKee has been arrested and is currently confronting a serious criminal accusation. This allegation pertains to John McKee’s engagement in driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, made more severe due to a previous conviction.
