Tyler Dewayne Moore, a shooting perpetrator, is charged with aggravated assault, criminal property damage, and firearm possession after shooting a District Attorney Investigator last week.

A man was arrested for the shooting of a Gwinnett County district attorney investigator last Monday

Tyler is charged with aggravated assault, firearm possession during a shooting and property damage. The shooting suspect was in the custody of Gwinnett County Jail.

The shooting victim was shot in the leg while he was driving on Auburn Road toward the city of Auburn. Gwinnett County police said that after the shooting, the investigator stopped at a gas station and used his radio asked help.

The shooting victim was transported to the nearest local hospital safely with injuries

Police in Atlanta searched the suspect after the shooting

The surveillance video helped the police to have a basic description of the shooting suspect. But later, the shooting suspect turned himself in to the police.

The motive of the shooting remains unclear. The victim was simply driving when he was involved in the shooting.
