House fire in Little Rock, Police Retrieved 4 Dead Bodies – Investigation Sets in Motion

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – On Friday morning, Little Rock’s southwest neighborhood became busy as authorities began retrieving four dead bodies from the remnants of a house fire.

According to Fox News, firefighters responded to a house fire in block 4800 of Greenfield Drive exactly at 1:30 AM.  After extinguishing the blazing fire, Little Rock Fire Department immediately reached out to the city’s police following the discovery of the four cadavers. No information is available as to how long the fire was put off.

 

Authorities immediately began their investigation, transporting the bodies to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for identification and autopsy to determine the cause of death. Identities of the deceased victims remain unknown as authorities persist to stay tight-lipped during the investigation

Thankfully, there was no mention of any other victims in the house fire. The victims’ bodies can no longer be recognized giving the authorities a hard time identifying their identities specifically their ages. Furthermore, there are no reports about any nearby affected structures as well as an estimate amount of damages the house fire has incurred.

 

The cause of the house fire remains a mystery as LRFD did not yet release a formal statement about the matter.
