According to reports from CBS News, there were several complaints filed against the homeless people, some of whom have mental health problems, who wander around and disturb others or sleep in tents around the park, leading to the introduction of the new outreach plan.
The budget for the new outreach plan will reportedly help in providing affordable shelter and necessary assistance to homeless people who are in need of financial assistance.
