Joseph Zieler, a Florida man who flipped the bird and insulted the victim’s mother during his hearing, was recommended by jurors to sentence him to death for murdering an 11-year-old girl and her babysitter. The Florida man’s action during the hearing shows no remorse for what he did.

A Florida man who killed an 11-year-old kid and babysitter insulted the mother of the victim during his testimony in his hearing. The Florida man also flipped the bird off the camera. All his actions during the hearing show no remorse for what he did. The jurors decided that the defendant should be put to death.

Prosecutors believed a Florida man killed and raped Robin Cornell and her babysitter, Lisa Story. The Florida man was convicted of only the latter crime. The profane gesture of the Florida man on the witness stand during the hearing did him no favors.

On Wednesday. the Jurors voted 10 to 2 for a Florida man to face death. Judge  Branning scheduled a hearing, called a Spencer Hearing, in which both sides will discuss the sentence. The hearing will be set on June 26.

The Jurors decided to sentence a Florida man to death

Jan Cornell left her daughter with her roommate because she was going on a trip with her boyfriend. A male broke into the apartment, raped and murdered both. Jan Cornell came back home and found the horrific crime scene.

A Florida man was charged with the murder of an 11-year-old kid and the babysitter because he was charged with shooting his son in 2016. The police managed to get his DNA. His DNA matched the DNA discovered at the crime scene. Jan Cornell has been seeking justice for 33 years.

The Jurors confronted him on the DNA found during the hearing. The Florida man defended that he slept with Jan Cornell months before the killing. The Florida man called the victim of the mother pig.
