New requirements to help the nation’s debt ceiling by modifying federal assistance programs

In solving the debt ceiling problem of the country, the Republicans disagree that the government can borrow money again to pay the nation’s expenses because it is risky unless Democrats agree to cut and or modify the requirements of assistance programs of the country, such as SNAP.

The Republicans were submitting to cause a debt ceiling default unless permitted to take food out of the mouths of hungry Americans.

The GOP lawmakers proposed new requirements to help the nation’s debt ceiling by modifying federal assistance programs like SNAP or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program,  TANF or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, and the Health Insurance program.

SNAP negotiation in debt ceiling drama is ongoing

Most of the Democrats strongly disagree with the SNAP modifying proposal. The $11 billion save-up money will not help to solve the debt ceiling drama.

The SNAP negotiation in debt ceiling drama is ongoing and remains a sticking point as negotiators still meet Republicans at the Capitol.
