The sum is deposited to a pre-paid digital payment transfer, or EBT, card after submitting an application and receiving approval for SNAP benefits. The EBT card functions as a debit card and may be utilized at grocery shops, farmers’ markets, and select internet retailers to make purchases of healthy foods.
