A convicted murderer sentenced to life in prison for sexually assaulting and killing a 13-year-old girl had her parole bid denied.

A 58-year-old convicted murderer in Alabama named Judith Ann Neelley, who sexually assaulted and murdered 13-year-old girl Lisa Ann Millican after kidnapping her in a shopping mall, received a denial of parole.
The convicted murderer spent four decades in prison for torturing the 13-year-old girl to her death, while her husband, Alvin Neelley, later died inside the prison in 2005.
During the investigation, authorities found out that the convicted murderer and her husband kidnapped the 13-year-old victim and tortured and raped her several times in an Alabama motel before Judith Ann took her to Little River Canyon, where she injected drain cleaner inside the victim and shot her to death.
Convicted Murderer in the Death of a 13-Year-Old Girl Receives Denial of Parole
The convicted murderer initially received a death sentence by electric chair for sexually assaulting and murdering the 13-year-old victim, but it was later commuted to life imprisonment, which made her eligible for parole.
Following the denial of parole, the convicted murderer can file again for parole consideration in 2028, AP News reported.
