Man Behind Kidnapping And Sexually Battering Door Dash Driver Is Now Arrested By Tampa Police

Friday, a man was arrested by Tampa Police in Florida on allegations of kidnapping and sexually battering a Door Dash driver who is going to make a delivery earlier this week.

Police said that the attack happened around 11:00 pm, Tuesday at a Residence Inn Hotel where the female door dash driver who is in her early 20, excited to deliver her delivery. Unfortunately, the suspect allegedly approached her with a gun and forced her to get into his car, and told her to drive to Belara Lakes Apartments, where she was raped there. At that time, the victim had her Airpods and was on a call with her friend, who immediately know what was happening.

The family called the police and they immediately tracked the location using her phone. When the family arrived at the apartment and rescued the victim the suspect gun fired them and the victim’s girlfriend sustained a gunshot wound. Both victims were taken to the nearest hospital for treatment and there is no serious injuries happened. Police have released also a piece of information about an additional case of robbery Killins is being the suspect.

Tampa Police Arrested Suspect For Kidnapping And Sexually Battering Door Dash Driver

It happened at the Belara Lakes Complex, where a woman in her 40’s was punched and her backpack is stolen. The suspect fled the crime scene, but on Friday he was arrested by the Tampa Police, identified as Joseph Killins, 38 years old, and charged with armed kidnapping, robbery, and sexual assault. He is also charged with aggravated battery with a weapon and is now in the custody of the Tampa Police. The police also released a statement that the people need to be vigilant and keep their safety always because the criminals are now on the streets.
